  • 2. Services Provided

    • Free Plan: Unlimited Amazon ASIN Keyword Rank & Index Checker capabilities.
    • $4.99 Monthly Plan: Includes free plan features, unlimited ASIN tracking, and batch file upload for bulk tracking.
    • $49.99 Yearly Plan: Includes all features of the $4.99 Monthly Plan with yearly access.

  • 3. Payment and Subscription

    • Subscriptions for the $4.99 Monthly Plan are billed every month.
    • The $49.99 yearly plan is billed every year.
    • Payments are non-refundable.

  • 4. Modifications to the Service

    • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Extension, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
    • We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Extension.

  • 5. Termination

    • We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

  • 6. Limitation of Liability

    • The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free.
    • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension.
    • When importing a CSV file, the maximum limit is 20 ASINs and 20 keywords per ASIN. Please make sure the file format is correct for smooth and successful importing.

  • 7. Governing Law

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of India and shall govern the validity, construction, and enforceability of this Agreement/Contract in all respects.

  • 8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

    • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Extension following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
